Chapter 52

• Hana's POV
• Kai has been shot in the lower part of his back. I'm gasping out at the sight of the bloody mess before me. There's still too many sound of gunshots outside our car and I don't know what to do. It feels like I'm in a movie.
• Breathe. . . I need to at least breathe before I collapse. I close my eyes. One. Two. Three. I inhale and exhale, open my eyes and turn to look at Kai groaning in pain beside me. I quickly tear out a part of my dress and use it to press down on Kai's wound to stop the bleeding.
