Chapter 22

• Shortly after I was done taking a hot bath in the shower, Haru gave me the new set of clothes which are blue and oversized. He's currently helping me to neatly fold the elastic edges of the sweatpants.
• I can't stop thinking of what to do or where to go after I leave this place.
• "By any chance," I say, looking down at Haru who is bent in front of me and folding the edge of the second leg. I play with my hair nervously and wait for his pair of brown iris to look up at me. "There was a guy getting a beating by the gang members yesterday night. Did you noticed him?" I ask. Just in case if he might've seen the face and remember.
