• One of the things that would excite Mavis was grocery shopping. She would keep asking about our next schedule to go to the supermarket everytime she felt like the last one had been a long time already. Mavis got really excited when I told her that we were heading to the supermarket. I needed to replenish our stocks, especially Mavis’ supplies of snacks and milk.
• “Is Grandma coming with us today?” Mavis asked when she noticed that it was just her and me that were inside the car.
