Chapter 49
- LARKIN
- After a tiresome day, I decided to drive around town to try to kill time. I did not want to go home right away, intending to avoid another dramatic confrontation with Annette. I ended up at the bar in front of Morris. Sitting on the corner, remembering that I was with Blythe the last time I was there. The bartender was happy to see me again, thinking that I tipped him a hundred bucks last time.
- I had already lost count of the shots of Patron that I had consumed, the guy on the bar reminded me that I might get too drunk. I appreciated his concern, but I declined his suggestion and asked him to get me some more shots.
