• “This guard is taking the piss, he could just leave the gate open and let us all through.” Levi grumbled. I had a feeling he wanted to get home. Could I blame him? No. I was ready for home too. "Not like we are trying to invade our own bloody pack. What is taking him so damn long?"
• “Think it is one of the new guys, he will be trying to be thorough. You can’t knock him for that.” Jaxon said, offering the guard on the gate a defense. Jaxon was always trying to be understanding. Maybe a little too much sometimes. He was especially protective of the warriors he helped train.
