Chapter 13 Lyra

• Lyra's POV.
• Working as a cleaner isn’t exactly as fun as I thought it would be. It was worst than anything I had done before and my hip joint were protesting like hell but thank God, my shift was ending in a couple minutes or so and all I had to do was endure another minute before I’m done.
• Pushing my working trolley to the exit where I’m finishing up soon, I quickly took out my mop and start to scrub. This would have been better if I had my earpiece to listen to some music but I didn’t. Somehow, I had left home in a hurry so I forgot to bring them along.
