Chapter 45 Becky's Hardwork

• Since Becky made the call with her boss and was told about Cain, she hasn't been okay. Honestly, she has been calling her boss more than her lover, and it wasn't fully her fault. Every day, she texted and called her boss to provide him current information. Her assistant does it sometimes, but then, she alone has Lucian's private number, so, she had to keep him informed to avoid making terrible mistakes.
• She knew how important the company was to her boss. He once told her it was dedicated to his late mother. She lived in Croatia and gave birth to him there. So, that's the reason he cherished the republic more.
• However, before she left Italy, Cain had promised to come along with her. But just when she was about to leave, he said work would stop him. That he had meetings to attend by himself and after, he would find his way to join her. They had arranged things before she left. Unexpectedly, she then, got so occupied with her training that, she barely had time to eat, chat or play around… She wanted it to be that, before Cain came over, she would be perfect in some aspects. Occasionally, she skipped her meals, which made Sarah worry too much.
