Chapter 25 Working Hard

• Upon hearing her words immediately, I hug her. My mother is a strong-willed woman, despite being a recessive alpha. So, hearing that she has asked for help to be the person I need with me, is surprising.
• Because it shows that the pride and haughtiness that characterize her in most things she does, have been forgotten due to the maternal love she has for me. Showing that what she feels for me is stronger than her own ingrained characteristics.
• "Thank you very much for asking for help. I know it must have been difficult for you," I say, hugging her tightly as she kisses my cheek and then moves away from me.
