• “Where are you going? It's not your lunch break yet” Nora asked me as I walked out of the office. After speaking to William, I just couldn't sit at the office anymore. I felt angry. Angry at him for doing something so cruel and saying it was all business. I hated myself for believing him when he told me he wanted me to have happy memories of my parents.
• “I'm taking a day off,” I replied, turning to face Nora. I didn't have the strength to fake a smile.
