• I don’t know how to breathe anymore. Every inhale feels like it gets stuck somewhere in my chest, too shallow, too tight, like there’s not enough space inside me for oxygen anymore. My hands are in my hair, pressing against my scalp, trying to ground myself, but it’s not working.
