Chapter 43

• Laura looked around oddly. She started picking up the papers one by one and then kept them aside. While keeping the papers her eyes caught a glimpse of the painting Steven was hiding. She looked carefully at it, it looked incomplete but beautiful.
• The picture showed the half-face of a woman, her hairs were of a brown shade and her eyes were sea green. She has good fuller brows and looked fascinating. Laura was too lost in the details of that painting that she didn’t hear the footsteps behind her.
• “Don’t you have any manners?” Steven angrily snatched his painting from her hand making her jump in fear.
