Chapter 42

• Laura nodded her head in response and left his car in perplexity. As she entered the apartment, Tina loaded her with non-stop questions about the exhibitions. Laura hid her pain and tried to act normal with her as she told her all the details of the exhibition.
• The whole night, they talked about Arthur and Steven's relationship. Tina praised Arthur's behavior and Laura also agreed with her while their thoughts about Steven were baffled at some point. They both slept late and spent half of their night talking.
• The next morning, as both were sleeping peacefully someone was knocking on their door continuously disturbing their sleep. Laura kicked Tina in frustration and Tina did the same to check on the door.
