Chapter 16

• “Hmm.” Laura groaned in her sleep, feeling a strong headache. She felt like she is on fire, her nostrils are releasing hot breath making her uncomfortable. She opened her heavy eyes with difficulty and hissed when something cold was placed on her head.
• She tried to remove that cold thing but suddenly something grabbed her restless wrist making her stop in an instant. She felt danger as she didn’t resist the touch and tried to open her eyes carefully just to see the known face of a man.
• “You…” She said in a low voice with another attempt of moving but the man again stopped her with his deep command. “Stay still.”
