• Yvonne's sudden departure made me uneasy, I couldn't stop making up scenarios in my head. My suspicions were eating me up. As her business trip coincided with Alex's I couldn't stop thinking that maybe the both planned it. Perhaps they had some secrets which they could be planning to totally take the company away from me. I had to do something. If they try it, I'll have to visit the court again for an appeal.
• “Why must it be the same time?” I couldn't stop asking myself this. I was unable to go back to sleep after that. I stayed awake until it was time for me to get ready for work. I decided to put my thoughts aside and prepare for work. I didn't forget to think of Carlos, how he will come to ask of me. It was like a trance to me.
