• Yvonne's POV
• The next morning when I woke up Alex was gone and I was the only one left in the house. I freshened up before going to the kitchen to look for what to eat. I saw a takeout box on the table with a note beside it.
• “I ordered breakfast for you, make sure you have it. I hope to see you when I return. I love you.” I smiled as I read his note, I had no plans of leaving. I heated up the meal and had my breakfast before going back to bed. Later that afternoon I ordered some groceries and filled up the refrigerator before making a simple meal for myself for lunch.
