• I was relieved that he understood me and didn't try to persuade me otherwise. If he had, it would have put me in an uncomfortable position, making it harder for me to process my emotions. His persistence could have even led to me resenting him. causing me to harbor negative feelings towards him. By respecting my boundaries and giving me space, he avoided creating unnecessary tension.
• Even after all that it still didn't stop me from feeling embarrassed. I had never been so embarrassed in my life before so it was quite difficult to get over it. If it had been on the bed it would have been a different case. Of all places it had to be it was on his face, I did not know how to face him again. We had to change the sheet because of the stain on it, luckily it didn't soak through the sheet to the bed.
