Alex's POV
It was after speaking with Emilia that I realised what Yvonne was saying was right. It was already difficult for her to accept that I was ending things with her and now I was already bringing up the announcement. I barely even gave her time to heal and I'm about to announce it to the whole world. I decided to follow the PR team's suggestion and take things slow at least it wouldn't come as a shock to her later.
After speaking with Emilia, I headed to my office for a meeting. On getting there I saw a bunch of paparazzi waiting for me at the entrance. I knew why they were there but I had other things to do at that moment and I was asked to not say anything until everything was in order. Moreover I had nothing to say to them. I had to switch cars with a worker halfway to shake them off.
