Chapter 17

• When they returned to the pack, two maids hurriedly came to help Jasmine get off Nicolai's back and took her back to her room, then another placed a new pair of clothes in Nicolai's mouth. He went to a secluded place to transform and put on the new clothes.
• When Nicolai was done, he hurriedly went to Jasmine's room first. He knocked on her door and waited until she permitted him to come in before he went in.
• Nicolai met the maids tending to her, for a while he said nothing, he could only stare at her, and Jasmine looked at him apologetically. She wanted to say something, but he stopped her by raising his hand up. "I'll come back once you're ready." He said. "Make sure to take good care of her. Feed her and keep a close eye on her. Inform me once she's all done." He said to the maids. "And if she leaves this pack while she's in your care, I promise you two that I will have both your head's served on a silver platter, and that will be after the punishment I'll give to you two." He threatened, his voice cold as ice.
