Chapter 16

• The negotiation with the police went in the terrorists' favor and they agreed to provide helicopters to let them escape from the Island, provided that the terrorists will not hurt any student and let go of all the hostages before they leave. Just as they discussed, terrorists were releasing two students at a time but they were not in the mood of letting Claire go in any case. She was their ace card. They wouldn't let her go until they were confirmed that the police was not up to something and had truly let them go.
• “ Mia! Are you alright? Did they hurt you? You are not scared, are you? ” William asked with concerned voice while checking on Mia. Mia breathed heavily before saying, “ I-I'm fine, brother William. But they have got sister Claire. T-They wouldn't hurt her, would they? ”
• Mia looked worried about Claire. William turned to look at Claire who was sitting silently on a wooden chair while a man was standing next to her, holding a gun on her head. A slight movement from Claire could cause her a life yet she was sitting there confidently. There was a unique peace and calmness on her face that scratched William's heart just by staring at her.
