• Dante grabbed his silk tie and roughly tied it around Aria's wrists, securing them tightly to the bedpost. He did the same with her ankles, binding her completely to the bed. "Now you're going to stay here," he growled, "and listen to me."
• Tears streamed down Aria's face as she lay bound and spread-eagled on the bed. Her body ached from the slaps and rough handling, and her wrists and ankles already felt raw from the tight tie bindings. She sobbed hysterically, feeling utterly defeated and terrified of what Dante might do next.
• Dante settled himself next to Aria on the bed, his movements deliberate and intimidating. His rough hand roughly grasped her breast, making her whimper in pain and fear. "You should appreciate what I give you," he said coldly, squeezing harder. "Instead, you waste your beautiful life trying to kill yourself."
