  • Benjamin dove deeper into the river, his eyes straining to see through the darkness. The water was murky, and the moonlight barely penetrated the surface. He kicked his legs and stroked his arms, propelling himself downward, his lungs burning from holding his breath.
  • The river was deep, and Benjamin felt like he was swimming through an endless void. His heart pounded in his chest, and his mind was filled with visions of Adam's small body, lost and alone in the water.
  • Just when he thought he couldn't hold his breath any longer, a faint glow appeared in the distance. The moonlight was filtering through the water, casting an eerie silver glow over the riverbed.
