Chapter 94

• Alex was up very early as he had decided on an early start before he slept the previous night. He picked up his phone but he could not bring himself to call Scarlett.
• Since the doctor had told him and Lucas that they were perfect donors for Scarlett, he had been trying to keep a distance. She had called him the previous day but he would not answer. He sent her a message instead saying that he was busy with a meeting.
• After a brief moment of contemplation during his bath, he decided that he could as well go to see her as he did not have a busy day. He only had some proposals to approve and it was what he could do in the confines of his home. He did not have to go to the office.
