Chapter 102

• Alex stepped out of the ward and his father stood up immediately after he saw him. They stood and looked at each other for a while. There was no disappointed scowl on his face to suggest that he was angry.
• Instead, a beautiful smile was plastered to his face. He stretched out his hands just like he would do every day after work when they were little boys.
• Alex rushed at his father and engaged him in a big embrace. His father patted his back gently and Alex relaxed slowly.
