• They went into the living room, and Kyle dropped her hand as soon as he saw his parents at the doorway. True to their words, they had waited for her to return with him.
• “Wait, why are you two outside?” he asked. He hugged the woman first, and then the man. Hana smiled when the woman patted his cheeks and tilted his face to this side, then that side for a motherly inspection. “Mum.”
