• Camilla pulled off her hair scrunchy, letting her hair tumble down her shoulders. She sat on the edge of her bed and pulled off her shoes. Calvin stumbled to the dresser, grabbed the chair and straddled it backwards. He wasn’t leaving until he had answers.
• His sister’s quietness only grated on his nerves, and when he couldn’t handle it anymore, he shot to his feet, and the chair fell. “You were not supposed to talk about the casting until you got the job, Camilla.”
• “But I’ll get the job, won’t I?” she asked. Stretching her hands behind her, she leaned back, looking up at him as she continued, “Now that everyone knows, you’ll have to help me get the job. Just talk to someone.”
