Chapter 8

• Ava sat in the doctor's cabin, her eyes fixed on the white-coated doctor who delivered the devastating news. "When will my sister regain consciousness?" she asked, her voice trembling with hope.
• The doctor's expression was sympathetic, but his words were laced with uncertainty. "One month has passed, and as of now, she's out of danger, but she's gone into a coma. That means waking up is totally uncertain now. We've tried everything, but maybe she doesn't want to wake up on her own."
• Ava's face crumpled as the words hit her like a ton of bricks.She began to cry, tears streaming down her face as she processed the doctor's words.
