• Luke pushed his wheelchair slowly down the hallway, the soft glow of the nightlights casting a warm ambiance. He had been thinking about his conversation with the nurse all day, and he couldn't shake off the feeling of guilt and regret. As he approached his brother Adrian's study, he felt a mix of emotions: anxiety, apprehension, and a deep-seated need to talk to someone.
• He pushed open the door, and Adrian looked up from his laptop, his eyes briefly meeting Luke's before returning to the screen. Luke wheeled himself into the room, trying to sound casual despite the turmoil brewing inside him.
