Chapter 275 Accident at the Banquet, Part 1

• "No way! I've given my word. There's no way I'd renege on it." Denise was visibly displeased with how her phone was snatched away.
• "Have you forgotten about your severe cold? Yet you're still planning to head out and drink. What happens if it grows into pneumonia? Are you sick of living already?" Alex forcefully stuffed the glass of water into her hand as he handed her medicine to her with another hand.
• "I will take the meds." She grabbed the glass of water and drank it with her left hand and took the medicine with her right hand. After she gulped it all down, she stared at Alex and determinedly stated, "But so will I attend the banquet tomorrow night."
