• At first, I was scared that I was too young for Pierce. I wanted to catch up to his maturity so he wouldn't regret liking me. I didn’t want him to think I was too immature in my thinking or decision-making, so I tried to find a way that I thought would help us. But now I realize, it was actually him who was just making the problem bigger.
• I’m afraid of the image I might project to him, that I forgot that Pierce accepted me for who I am, and I know that he will embrace all of my imperfections. He’ll correct me too if I make any mistakes, and he wants me to do the same for him.
