- Caxton scratched his chin, thinking aloud. “Fair point... yet nights just feel different. The whole world is asleep, and that certainty lets me dive into the game without distraction. Daytime always feels like someone might barge in.”
- Martin sighed. “Fine. Tomorrow's a free day. Mute your phone, ignore everybody, and game till your fingers fall off. Doctor's orders.”
- Caxton's pout returned. “But I'll still need food in the daytime! Three separate meals are such a pain. Nighttime though—an entire stretch of twelve glorious hours—demands nothing of us but mashing buttons. No chores, no schedules, just pure gaming. All that time is ours, whole and unbroken.”
