Chapter 21

• Liam thanked her and watched as she disappeared into one of the numerous doors once again. He picked the tumbler and took a sip from it, moaning in delight as the chilled wine content came in contact with his taste bud. 
• The day had finally dawned and Liam could see this from the curtains which were tied in golden sashes with the window blinds left open. He slowly sipped on his wine, whilst thrumming his fingers on the arms of the sofa he was sitting on as he waited for Anastacia. 
• It took a while before she came down the stairs, dressed prettily in a casual dress and patterned flats. Her hair was held in a ponytail and as she descended the stairs with a small smile on her face, Liam felt the breath knock out of him. He stood to his feet, his hands behind him as he waited for her and when she finally stood before him, he let out a breath he never knew he had been holding.
