Chapter 17

• The duo was greeted with the angry sight of Robert coming out of his new Lamborghini Veneno car which he had parked at a secluded part in the parking lot. With his furrowed brows and a thin line for a lip, he marched angrily out of the lot but came to an abrupt stop when he sighted Anastacia and her secretary coming out of the car. 
• Standing transfixed at the spot, he waited impatiently for his fiancee to get to where he was standing, and when she finally did, he grabbed her by the arm and pulled her closer to him with so much force that her perfectly styled hair fell across her face. Liam stiffened at that, his hands balling into a fist, but he knew better to maintain his cool as he stood beside them. 
• "Why didn't you tell me you were going on a trip?" He yelled into her face and Anastacia struggled to release herself from his grip but he held on tighter with a deep glare etched onto his face, making the veins on his neck pop out.
