• The door opened as Prince Zane came to the room with Aidan and Nadia by his side. Aidan helped him to take off his clothes while Nadia went ahead to prepare a bath for him. Aria watched silently as they walked around the room, They didn't even bother to turn off the lights, probably because Prince Zane likes the dark.
• Aria couldn't fall asleep. Erika had left a glass of water for her to take before going to bed but Aria didn't take it. She suspected that whatever Erika had put in the last two glasses of water she drank the other two nights she had been able to sleep after General Caldwell's death was in the glass of water, Erika had given to her. She wanted to drink it, but Aria felt like she had no right to sleep because of what she did to General Caldwell.
