• Aria spun to the music that was played. She wanted the day to be over. The dance she had with Prince Zane felt nice, but now she was frightened, by what was happening to her.
• 'I shouldn't have said yes.' Aria thought. She should have said no to General Caldwell when he asked her for a dance. But Aria couldn't do that. General Caldwell was an esteemed guest and the whole party was thrown in his honour. Prince Zane didn't look like he had a problem with his request to dance with her. It would have been weird for her to have a problem with it, so she said yes, even though she wanted to say no.
