  • I woke up with a groan, my whole body aching as if being cut piece by piece with a knife. My head throbbed as I tried to stir, and my eyes took in my surroundings. The crumbling stone walls had peeling paint clinging to them. My gaze swept across the floor, and my stomach churned, threatening to heave.
  • The place reeked of a stench – an awful smell. The closet because of how smallish it seems looked like a prison cell. My heart skipped a beat as the events started replaying in my head.
