Chapter 32 An Upheaval

• Obviously, it was not possible for Julien to be a private cab driver. As such, I guessed that he was just passing by. What a small world. It seemed quite incredible to me that we would bump into each other in another city and at such a late hour.
• “Why are you still standing there? Get in the car. It's freezing outside,” Julien said coldly, with a hint of impatience in his voice.
• Although I was extremely reluctant to talk to him, out of basic manners, I replied, “I have already called for a private cab. Thanks for your offer anyway.”
