Chapter 7

• I sat down in the mansion going through my phone with my headphones on my ear playing nonsense songs in particular, I wanted to stop myself from the anger I felt inside.
• I had been clear when I told her to dare tell Hinn she loves him, I had told her she belongs to me, but she went ahead saying yes to him.
• I ran my hand through my hair, now she was his girlfriend. Hinn was my best friend here, but he had made her his girlfriend.
• I chuckled, Hinn mist knew what love was since I don't, Hinn must know to love a lady because I just don't think I can, love makes one weak, and it makes them go crazy, I didn’t want to be like that, so I wouldn't do it.
• I shut my eyes, love wasn’t for me, I had to block it, it was a good thing since she was that girl, it was a good thing she has Hinn Carlos who loves her.
• I heard the sound of a car engine outside the mansion, I knew she must be the one who had returned, and it was Hinn Carlos who had brought her home so I didn't bother to get up and check.
• A few minutes later I heard the door flung open and then footsteps approached me, I opened my eyes gently to see Ivana looking at me, I took off my headphones to hear what she had to say...
• "I and Hinn Carlos are now dating, I don’t know why I am telling you this, but I feel like I need to tell you, so get that straight into your head and don't play tricks on me, whereas I love Hinn Carlos so much." She blurted.
• I heard the space between my brows waiting for her to finish her speech before looking up at her.
• "I am not interested in hearing about your love life and I have already Congratulated you, or do you want another congratulation from me?" I looked straight into her eyes and for a moment I saw her confused expression.
• Was she expecting me to tell her not to love him, wasn't it what she wanted?
• "No…" She turned to head upstairs but stopped in her tracks to look at me. "Also I don't love you so the thing you said at the hospital about me falling for you because it has no cure won’t ever happen, so be rest assured."
• I just shrugged without replying to her, she was making a joke of herself right now, so she was thinking about my words, how foolish.
• She tilted her head and glanced at me for a while, seeing my amusing gaze she realised she was the silly one and headed upstairs without another word.
• I scoffed. I had been worried when I saw her cry when she left with my mother to her town. I had gone there thinking she would still be in tears, but it was funny how something that should be a sad journey for her, became a romantic one.
• I put back my headphones and this time I played a song, a song that would keep me from thinking unimportant things, but when the track switched it was the song Ivana sang at the practice room that played.
• I had figured out the chords and enhanced the voice, I had made it the way Hinn Carlos wanted it to be. I only had to make her listen to it and then hand it over to Hinn Carlos, that way he would know what to do next.
• I took off the phone and looked upstairs, she must be in her room so I got up and headed up, I just needed to hand this over to her and know my work with this music was done.
• She can give it to Hinn Carlos, he was her boyfriend after all and good at what he does. I had only done my part as the guitarist, if they need anything else, they should let me know.
• I exhaled when I got to her room door, it was opposite mine and I have never had any reason to knock on it. I glanced down at the recorder I held in my hands and then at the door.
• I lifted my hands and knocked on the door reluctantly, then I waited for a response, I had no strength to shout, she only had to open the door and receive the recorder.
• "Yes, come in!" I heard her call out from inside, this wasn’t what I was expecting, she was busy and couldn't open the door herself.
• I wanted to wait until she realised she had to come to open it herself but on second thought, I held the doorknob and pushed it open only for my eyes to be dilated.
• She was taking off her clothes and was wearing only her panties and bra, I could see everything and she had her back turned at me.
• I stilled as I gazed at her like a moron, this was the first time I have seen a lady's body, this was the first time I have laid eyes on beautiful skin and I just couldn’t turn around, rather I swallowed hard.
• "Mrs Jane, when did you return… Ahh!" Ivana said as she turned around and her eyes dilated in a second and she screamed, gathering her cloth to cover her skin that I had already seen.
• Why was she shouting, hadn't she told me to come inside, wasn't this what she wanted me to see? Didn't she want to tempt me with her skin after blabbering downstairs?
• "Yah! Turn around!" She growled as she threw one of the things she could pick from the bed at my face and I blinked when it fell.
• I looked down at what she had thrown on me and then bent down to pick it up. It wasn't a dress, it wasn't a top or short, I lifted it for her to see and her lips parted and her eyes grew wider when she looked at it.
• "Your panties?" I raised my brows and she rushed me like a lion, grabbing the pants out of my hands as she bent down, turning her back at me to cover her body as she curled herself. "Your style is terrible."
• "Shut the f*ck up and get out of my room!" She barked and I scoffed, now loving her reaction and what I saw.
• "You are quite sly, isn't this why you told me to come inside, to tempt me with your body?" I looked at her and she shot me a glare.
• "I thought it was your mother!" She shouted again as she closed her eyes. "Just get out of my room please." She begged.
• I rolled my eyes. "Hinn would be quite disappointed," I said softly and she opened her eyes to look at me.
• "What?"
• "His girlfriend got to show her body to another man first." Ivana gawk and I smirked. "But, too bad, you aren't attractive at all."
• I tossed the recorder to her bed and it bounced before it stills. "Listen to it and tell me what you think…" I looked down at her and she still has her hands wrapped around herself. "That is when you are done with what you were doing," I smirked and walked out of the room just in time to hear her shouting in embarrassment.
• I walked into my room with smiles on my face, I looked at my image in the mirror, I was smiling, was this not what a pervert does?
• I shook my head trying to stop smiling but I couldn’t. I was happy deep inside, was it because of what I saw, was it because I loved her reaction? Was it because I beat Hinn in seeing her body since he beats me by kissing her first.
• I shook the thought off my head and lay on my bed. I was honestly happy, I chuckled loudly, but since the window was open I could hear Ivana screaming in embarrassment, she must be insane right now.
• My laughter echoed in my room, I was no pervert, this I should say is the most amazing weekend ever. It wasn't quite bad having her here in this mansion, it wasn’t going to be boring anyway.
• Now I can't wait to see how she avoids me out of embarrassment, but can she? She can not since she lives in the same mansion as me.
