• Kate waved me over to where she sat, but as I took a step to head over a girl purposely set her legs in front of me and I tripped, falling face flat to the floor and the people in the hall chuckled loudly.
• I couldn’t get up from where I was, not because of the pain of crashing to the floor, but the embarrassment I felt deep inside and no one had come to save me from falling, there was always a man in movies who would rush in and hold the lady, but this was not a movie, this was reality.
• “Hey, Ivana are you alright?” Kate rushed over to my side and for a moment I wanted to keep quiet, but I knew I shouldn’t make Kate worried so I nodded even if my head felt sore. “I will help you up.
