• Abbie was looking forward to Hook getting home from work. She had cooked for them and tidied up the whole house, got bored and looked for things to do. As she sat on the sofa looking at the door, she stroked her stomach which was starting to show.
• “Your father is late. she murmured. "Okay, it's not too late because it's only been two minutes past his usual time but I miss him." Aunt Megan always comes to spend some time with me but she and Uncle Blade need time alone too... I'm glad I have you my baby...
