• Abbie was paralyzed on the bed. Tears were streaming down her face and her heart was pounding. Everything Hook said to her messed up her feelings even more. I was overloaded with different feelings.
• He wanted her and needed her, like a need. She had dreamed of a man telling her all this and having Hook admit his feelings felt like a dream come true. But there was still something that kept her from giving in, she loved him but if he was tormented by the past, he should let it all go before starting a life with her.
• And that should start with trust, which he didn't yet have for her.
