• Abbie noted that nearly an hour had passed since Hook left. She was still pissed off at the rude Hybrid and had had enough of the way he was treating her, but she was starting to worry about his delay. While waiting to get back, I was looking through the boxes looking for something that might be useful to them.
• She found a military-print mat tied together with a thick string, and in the other boxes were only dusty grenades and what she recognized as disassembled small arms.
• Her heart skipped a beat when she suddenly heard the sound of a helicopter. He took a deep breath trying not to panic, he wanted to think that maybe it was just some helicopter passing by, but just in case he decided not to put his face out.
