Chapter 101

- Gross takes my hand and heads off the porch, walking so fast I have to run to keep up. Neither of us says anything until we're several feet away from the cabin, past the helicopter, and next thing I know, we're almost where I found him. I stop for a few seconds and pull his arm to stop him from walking.
- "Gross, calm down!" — I exclaim, half out of breath — That way we'll stop in the city.
