• Abigail was still pissed that Hook kept thinking of her as the villain she wasn't, whatever had happened to him in the past was so bad it broke him for life.
• Thinking about it that way, she felt compassion. The world owed the Hybrids for the hell some put them through. She had only a small window of time on those men's hands and if Hook hadn't arrived in time, God knows what her fate would have been.
• But Abbie refused to pay for a mistake she didn't make. She wanted to show him that there was still hope, that not all humans were going to hurt him. She knew she had no reason to since the male wasn't about to let her get close emotionally but her heart was telling her to do the opposite of keeping her distance.
