• Drake could not express how he should properly react at that moment. Condemned. Anger. Fear. Fury. Guilt. Mourning. Many emotions surged into him as he looked inside their house. Scattered on the floor were the cold lifeless bodies of Drake’s sister and mother, while in their living room was his father. Drake was stoned in his place as he saw how his father’s eyes turned into red, his canine elongated into fangs, and his nails became longer. He saw with his own eyes how his father transformed into a vampire.
• In front of his father was a vampire who was wearing a black suit like the ones he saw in Colleen's apartment. Both of them were moving extremely fast as they fought but to Drake’s surprise his eyes could actually keep up with their movements. The enemy was continuously attacking his father but his father was blocking every attack with ease until his father took the opportunity to extend his hand in the chest of the enemy. His elongated nails ripped off the vampire’s flesh until his hand went through the heart and pulled it out. Flakes of fire mixed into the wind as the enemy of his father died.
