• I had initially pulled away from the kiss the previous day in an attempt not to annoy Judith or risk her drifting farther away from me. But to my utter surprise, she drew me closer and continued the passionate kiss, which eventually escalated to us having an intimate moment together. My mind had replayed the moment several times, each scene getting clearer and more significant to me.
• During those fleeting moments, it was just like the world around us was blurred out, locking us both in a moment of pure, undeniable connection. I totally forgot that she was the same woman I had hurt so deeply. The taste of her, the feel of my body pressed so intimately against hers, made my heart race with profound joy.
