I’m not going to live without her; I can’t bear the thought of letting her go. I apologize if I seem selfish, but my love for her surpasses everything else, and the idea of losing her is unimaginable to me. I’m truly sorry; I feel miserable about what has happened to her, and I simply cannot afford to lose her. I began to express my feelings, and he looked at me intently.
