Chapter 28 The Celebratory Dinner

• The rest of the day went by in a blur, and it was time to get off. Lorenzo had called earlier to inform Aurora that he wouldn't be able to pick her up as he had to work late. He asked to send Lawrence to pick her home, but Aurora declined.
• Hence, she had to return home by bus, which took a dent in her purse. By the time she arrived home, she was tired.
• Rosalie and Mateo were at the dining table having their dinner when she stepped in. She approached both of them. Seeing Aurora, Rosalie signalled for her to join them. She observed her tired face and insisted she eat before going for a shower.
