• Bella's POV
• I stood before the unusually large mirror, taking stock of my reflection. It's hard to believe it's only been a week since I arrived at this...let's call it a "luxurious confinement." My physical appearance has undergone a significant transformation in this short time. My fiery red hair cascades down my back, longer and more vibrant than ever. My skin radiates a warm, golden glow, and my physique has become more defined. I've gained weight, but not the kind that would make me worry about my health. My hips, curves, and bustline have become more pronounced, giving me a more voluptuous figure.
• I'm not sure what's causing these changes – is it the emergence of my wolf or the fact that I'm eating more than I ever have in my life? My days are filled with nothing but eating and sleeping, with an emphasis on consuming copious amounts of food. It's as if they're trying to fatten me up like a Thanksgiving turkey. And, well, considering I'll be "sacrificed" in three months to revive Damian's deceased witch lover, it's likely that's exactly what they're doing.
