Chapter 38

• Alpha Luca couldn't stop thinking about this Mr P. It was all that has been in his mind since the previous night. It had consumed all of his thoughts that there wasn't even any space for him to ponder about his feelings for Ryan. He needed to discuss this with someone, he picked his phone and texted Lord Romeo and Lord Valentine, asking if they could come over. It's been days since they all sat down to talk, and with everything that has been going on, he feel they needed to keep each other updated.
• Alpha Luca also knew he had to keep alert. First, they had gone for Romeo, then Valentine and they couldn't remember what had been done to them at that point. He would have expected them to come for him, but no signs yet. He wanted to think to himself that they wouldn't be able to get him, not in a million years if he tried, but then he remembered how powerful Romeo and Valentine was, and how these men were still able to get them, so he couldn't relax yet. But now, Alpha Luca was thinking that he might not be their target anymore, that they might try going for Ryan, because why then would this 'Mr P' hire the bike gang to go shoot at Ryan. He wondered if they wanted to do to her, what they planned to do with Cassie. He remembered Cassie saying that they had wanted to take control of her body so they could find a way to kill Romeo through her. He suspected that was also what they wanted to do with Ryan.
• Lord Romeo was the first person to show up, and Lord Valentine showed up a while later because he had to leave from the faeries realm. When they reached they greeted and collapsed in their meeting room. Two months ago, whenever they met it was to celebrate their victories and wins over a glass of beer, then they would end the night with a woman they planned to never seen again after the one night she has spent in their bed.
