• Ember was staring blankly at the darkness of the vast forest before her. This secluded town built by her grandmother, Lazra, was away from the prying eyes of society. Everyone wanted nothing but to live in peace and harmony, and away from the chaos of the real world. She would have loved to stay here forever, if she was not just bound to the werewolves of her pack.
• As Luna of the pack, it was her responsibility to save them if ever there was a threat, and Veronica and the hunters were a tremendous threat to their safety, one that she must eliminate to regain control of Bresmont and to bring back Liam. Not only that, they had manipulated the Alpha, and there’s a huge chance that they used black magic to control his mind and emotions.
• Ember balled her fist as she remembered how Veronica rubbed it in her face that Liam had actually chosen her. Liam even declared that Veronica was his mate, and Ember will not believe any of it. She has to make sure that she can bring Liam back to his senses and destroy whatever spell Veronica has used on him.
